5 Key Skills of a successful Project Manager.

5 Key Skills of a successful Project Manager.
Clear Communication - This is a key skill because if the project is a wide scale one, information will need to be passed around quit often to the different areas of the project and if the project manager cant communicate clearly information may be changed by the time it reaches the intended target and could possibly slow the movement of the project down.
Organised - Organisation is a key skill because if within the project some targets that need to be fulfilled can only be achieved once a seperate task is completed if the project isnt organised their wont be set deadlines for tasks to be completed and it can possibly slow down the whole project all together.
Thinking Ahead - Thinking ahead is a key skill because it helps with organisation of the project due to if all moves within the project are done at the time theyre needed to complete the project, if something backfires and they have to go back in reverse, time and money will have been wasted for a failed attempt at a task wheras if each task is fully though through ahead of the time, everything will move more smoothly.
Delegation of tasks - Delegation of tasks correctly is a key skill as a project manager due to it allowing the right tasks to be distributed to the people who can complete those tasks to the best of their ability and makes sure people arent placed on the wrong tasks and then get stuck.
Leadership - Leadership is a key skill to have as a project manager because if you dont have the leadership skill it will be extremely hard to take charge if the project  is running off course and its your job to get it back on track and operational again.
