Final Evaluation

This is the final evaluation of the project talking about how our game went and if it was a success or not.

Before and After Project

The project plan has been shown to represent the actual plan and how the plan would turn out if the risks identified would come to practice.

Project Presentation

A presentation for the project was created so that everything could be explained in a more visual format so that stakeholders and other investors within the project could see what has been happening in a more clear and concise format.

MS Project Plan

The MS Project plan is the way of setting every step of the project into a clear form where deadlines, milestones and team members accordance can be scheduled and shared out equally and correctly making it clear and understandable where everything is and how long each task will take with its exact start and finish date if anything overruns the plan can change to allow slight le-way.

Risks

Risks that could be faced within the project have been divided into the most severe and which would have the biggest overall effect on the company and how we would tackle each situation to achieve the best outcome.

Oscar Model

The Oscar model is document constructed together to show all aspects of the project and how everything is going to work from the idea itself, to constraints and stakeholders within the project.

Project Idea

A rough idea for the project and how the game ideas could be set out, this is a preliminary idea not the final idea.
